My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were quiet, though they did not have a king-sized bed, they had all the essentials needed. The service was exceptional and went above and beyond expectations. The location was perfect for my visit to the aquarium and Discovery Museum. The dining experience was a highlight of the hotel, especially with the special dishes offered.
The hotel's location is perfect, right beside the IMAX and across from the aquarium, allowing us to easily park the car in the parking garage and walk to many attractions and eateries. The service was super nice and friendly, especially when we had questions about using the pass paid for through the hotel. However, the dining experience, though traditional Greek products, was for a fee and took longer than expected. The rooms were not ready at check-in time and were full of pet dander, but they had a balcony with lovely views.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with an average feel, needing better lighting for a more romantic atmosphere. The cleanliness is satisfactory, but the overall decor falls short of Marriott standards. The service is exceptional with a very accommodating staff, although a small mishap occurred during my stay. The location is convenient and great for planned activities, but some issues were noted with the surrounding area. The dining experience offered a variety of choices but could be improved for the benefit of all guests. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positives and negatives for a stay.
